Overlooking pool and golf and surrounded by the Makadi Golf Course, Jaz Makadi Saraya Palms offers Suites and Studio with furnished balconies. It has an outdoor pool and a Makadi Spa.

Great hotel

Excellent hotel! The staffs been amazing. We enjoyed food, entertainment and entertainment. The pool side area was fun and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious. We were in 2 bedroom suit.

Everything was very clean. Grounds and gardens were beautiful. Service and food impeccable.

Lovely pools and gardens and friendly staff

The service was very friendly. The cocktails were at the main bar very tasty. A nice bonus was the lunch box I received at check-out. Big thanks to Mahmoud Hawari from the pool bar.

We had a really great stay with lots of relaxation and great food.

The hotel ground is very green, with flowers and trees everywhere. In addition to an activity pool, there is also a relaxation pool, which we preferred to visit. The staff are very welcoming and the food is excellent, there is also a very large selection for vegetarians. The rooms are set up like apartments and therefore offer a lot of space. There is also a kitchen, but we didn't use it.

The rooms are a bit outdated. WiFi is not working everywhere, but it’s easy to buy a SIMcard at the airport for example.

Fabulous staff and excellent facilities

We had a very spacious and well presented suite. All the staff were kind and went the extra mile to ensure we had a brilliant stay - special thanks to Ezzat in the restaurant and Negm in reception. The food was of a very good quality and the two pools were very clean. Our children loved Makadi Water World too, and entrance to this was included. There is a free shuttle to the beach and there is still reasonable coral just off the beach with lots of fish - very safe and excellent for snorkeling, including with beginners. The hotel is right next to the golf course and the rooms are well laid out, so it was quiet in the evening - a good choice to get away from the noisier places closer to the beach.

Although there were lots of salads, the restaurant would be even better if there were a few more cooked vegetarian options (though there is always pasta). It would also be great if the shuttle bus to the beach started earlier in the day and went more than once per hour.

Location and the beach and quietness

Staff not professional and quality and variety of food not good we all have stomach sick from the food ,room cleaning services are not good they didn't change towels as we put them on the floor , and when they change the towels they changed them by another unclean towels same as bed sheets , their isn't any activities and the pool bar and snack bar not working as scheduled time

Weather was super in January! Venue is very nice: rooms, hotel landscape, swimming pools, and beach location, facilities were super.

Everything was great.

Everything was great.the room was extra large and super clean,food was good,the drinks and cocktails were great and tasty.the hotel beach location was very good with a good serving bar and snacks on the beach however it was a little bit far so we had to take the car to go to the beach.the staff was very helpful and descent specially "Salah" the reciptionist was very helpful from check-in to check-out.
